    Most MSPs run the same playbook on every client and keep your infrastructure locked inside their own tools. We specialize in critical infrastructure, we work alongside your team and inside your structure, and we hand over the documentation and the reasoning so you're never locked in.
    Your team stays in charge. We work alongside them and take on the specialized projects and problems that are hard to staff for full-time, and we share what we learn so your team comes out stronger.
    Probably not the way it used to be. The fully isolated OT network is mostly a thing of the past. Remote access, cloud telemetry, vendor connections, smart meters, and cellular backup all open paths between your operational systems and the outside world, and most of them were never fully mapped. Finding and closing those gaps is the work.
    Yes. On a plant floor, IT and OT have usually already converged, which means a security gap can stop a line. We handle segmentation, monitoring, and incident response for manufacturers, and we work around production instead of shutting it down.
    We'd rather earn your business than lock it in. We steer away from long contracts unless a project genuinely calls for one, because we'd rather keep proving our value than rely on paperwork to keep you. Most of our clients have stayed with us more than a decade, by choice.
